A good lady friend of mine once described me as "an odd mix of elements" and I have always been grateful to her for summing up my eccentricity in such a neat little turn of phrase. I wear it proudly.
On these pages, I should like to draw out a partial sketch of some of these various elements in the hopes that they may prove amusing and useful to those like-minded souls who may happen along. I do not intend for OddMix to be entirely a vanity page, but I hope you will indulge me if I should stray in that direction. After all, if one may not be self aggrandizing on one's own website, where else? There is no more narcissistic venue than the Internet.
